Todd Avery Lenahan, whose handout at his sessions at Engage! 10, The Caymans, called “Style Defined”, laid out seven keys :

1. Style is an admirable point of view
2. Style is a re-assuring confidence
3. Style is a compelling voice
4. Style is consistency
5. Style is authenticity
6. Style is a sense of accomplishment
7. Style is effortlessness
