I cooked... and it was good...

Larry and I had a few people over this past weekend and I made a few appetizers. The mini twice-baked potatoes were a huge hit. Time consuming to make, and I wish I had microplaned the Parmesan cheese, and not bought it already shredded. Thanks to Laura's Best Recipes.
